Perm, 20 – 23 May 2026

20 – 23 May, Perm will host the second International Public and Political Hearings organized to support the initiative from the RF President Vladimir Putin about the formation of equitable and indivisible Eurasian security, mutually beneficial and equal cooperation and development.

The first International Public and Political Hearings on providing the support to the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation were initiated by the International Commission of the United Russia Party (chaired by S.V. Lavrov), with the participation of the Russian Parliamentary Eurasian Dialogue, the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), and a number of other national and foreign units, with the support of the Administration of the Governor of Perm Krai. The Hearings were successfully held in May 2025 in Perm and were highly praised by the head of state.

Forum attendees from the majority of Asian and European countries unanimously recommended giving Perm the status of a regular and annual platform for an open and constructive dialogue on cooperation on the Eurasian continent.

Therefore, the second Perm International Hearings will be held in May 2026. The event is expected to attract attendees from across Eurasia. National and international parliamentarians, diplomats, experts, prominent public and political activists, and journalists are invited to participate. Perm Hearings will again become the important platform set to discuss the future of the Eurasian security and cooperation.
